Stavros has been involved in the world of health and fitness for over 15 years. He has spent years helping individuals achieve their individual fitness goals as a personal trainer, taught martial arts to people of all ages, and now helps patients work through their ailments as a physical therapist.

Stavros graduated from Touro’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the top of his class, receiving multiple awards including the prestigious Maimonides award. Since graduating in 2016, Stavros has taken a vast and diverse array of continuing education courses to further his understanding of the human body. He believes that treating someone's pain is only part of the picture and finding the root cause of the pain is how to get someone fully better.

“I like to look at the body as a whole and break down the movements into their fundamental components,” says Stavros, “Assessing the biomechanics of the areas of interest, allows me to see how those limitations impact the patient and, furthermore, how to help them move more optimally.” There is no one-size-fits-all treatment with Stavros. Every patient is evaluated and treated based on their own individual needs.
